For a renowned industrial company in Kiel , we are seeking a dedicated Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for a full-time (40 hours/week) position through temporary staffing with the possibility of permanent placement . In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the independent processing and management of 3D pipe construction documentation, as well as maintaining data records and bills of materials in NX , Teamcenter , and SAP . Your tasks

  • Creation and editing of three-dimensional pipe construction documentation in Siemens NX and Teamcenter to ensure seamless system integration in the engineering environment.
  • Structured data record maintenance and the timely creation of main and sub-items in SAP bills of materials.
  • Precise evaluation of pipe isometrics including the needs-based division of complex design documents.
  • Independent clarification of technical and organizational details in interdisciplinary exchange with adjacent interfaces.
  • Reliable quality control of own work results in compliance with internal standards and relevant pipeline specifications.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training provides a solid foundation for independently handling demanding tasks.
  • Proven qualification in the application of Siemens NX for the precise generation and maintenance of technical 3D data.
  • Confident handling of ERP and PDM systems such as SAP and Teamcenter for the clean mapping of bill of materials structures.
  • Industry-specific software know-how in the maritime environment as well as understanding of pipe-building-specific rules and regulations.
  • A structured way of working combined with a strong focus on solutions and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Solid German skills and a basic understanding of English for working safely with technical documentation.
