✨ COMPANY INTRODUCTION: Our client is a leading player in the hospitality technology sector, providing innovative solutions to enhance the online visibility and commercial performance of hotels. With a passionate international team and a global network of partners, our client places innovation at the core of their mission to offer customized solutions across diverse markets. 🚀 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT: To support its continued growth in Germany , our client is seeking a Sales Manager . In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions. 🎯 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As a Sales Manager for the German market, you will be responsible for: Growing the Client Portfolio: • Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers). Selling the Company’s Solutions: • Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools. • Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client. • Close deals and meet sales targets. Collaborating with Internal Teams : • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings. Representing the Company at Industry Events : • Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Germany to increase visibility and expand the company’s network. 👨💼 PROFILE SOUGHT : • Desired experience: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of tech/SaaS products is required. A well-established professional network in the hotel sector is essential for the application to be considered. • Languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English . • Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients. • Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. Strong hunter mindset focused on customer acquisition. 💰 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • Salary: €60,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated. • Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process. 📫 APPLICATION PROCESS : To apply, click directly below.
