Responsibilities You are currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain experience in a dynamic, modern and sustainable tech company? We are looking for a Work Student or Intern (all genders) to support our office and facility management team. Collaborate with the team to drive the development of our global office portfolio Analyse contracts, update databases and identify a mid- to long-term location strategy Analyse market trends and propose how these should affect our strategy Support HR and the OM teams in capacity planning and help drawing the right conclusions Assist in market research and develop market overviews with commercial and non-commercial analysis Support in developing management reporting and board resolution papers and presentations Communicate with internally on projects and data as well as externally with brokers and landlords Assist the facility management team in their day-to-day tasks Requirements Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of real estate management, business administration with a focus in real estate management or any other related subjects Gained practical experience in the field of commercial office -, facility – or real estate management with an understanding of markets and trends Ideally, you have completed at least three semesters of study or higher Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English and German is mandatory , further languages are a plus Organizational talent paired with a structured way of working Motivated team player with a proactive way of working and performance-orientation Good communication skills What we offer The contract location will be Goeppingen/Berlin/Munich/Stuttgart, Germany Make an impact!
