The Opportunity:

As a Strategic Communications and Engagements Coordinator, you will apply your strategic, administrative, and organizational background to collaborate with thought leaders across the command. In this role, you will drive coordination of key leader engagements across U.S. leadership, Allies and partners, prepare for and occasionally lead weekly synchronization working groups, and facilitate detailed coordination tied to key strategic events, activities, and engagements across the command. You will work closely with staff directorates, Major Subordinate Commands, and higher headquarters to assist with engagement requirements and drive coordination across stakeholders. You will maintain and analyze engagement data, improve data quality and visibility, and support the continued development of the command’s engagement management processes, dashboards, and visualization tools to inform senior leader awareness and decision-making. You will also prepare briefing materials for senior leaders and provide strategic communications support for priority engagements and command initiatives.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience supporting military operations, planning, or logistics

• 3+ years of experience writing operational plans, policy documents, and annexes

• 3+ years of experience supporting working groups, operational processes, or command-level coordination efforts

• 2+ years of experience collaborating with multinational partner nations

• 2+ years of experience working directly with General and Flag Officers and Senior Civilians at the 2-Star Command level and above

• Knowledge of military processes and methodologies

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data management, tracking processes, or maintaining operational information in command systems

• Experience developing visualization tools to prepare senior leaders for internal and external meetings with stakeholders

• Experience drafting and editing executive summaries, information papers, and other papers on key topics to prepare senior leaders for executive-level DoD, interagency, and international meetings

• Experience using AI or Machine Learning technologies to streamline data management and analysis

• Experience with Maven Smart System and C2IE

• Experience working as part of a joint or combined force and coordinating with higher headquarters, Allies, and partner organizations

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
