More than a standard account manager, you will serve as a strategic consultant , empowering Dutch enterprises to navigate and dominate an increasingly complex digital landscape through cutting-edge advertising solutions. The Mission: Strategic Partnership & Growth You will orchestrate the entire client lifecycle, revolutionizing how Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) within the Dutch market leverage social media for commercial scalability. Strategic Consultancy: Act as a digital authority, advising Dutch firms on amplifying their online reach and reinforcing long-term brand equity. Consultative Sales: Identify untapped growth potential and pitch sophisticated advertising frameworks tailored to specific client KPIs and objectives. Performance Optimization: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights, enabling clients to maximize ROI and scale their digital operations. B2B Relationship Management: Conduct high-level inbound and outbound consultations via telephony and digital correspondence to foster enduring commercial partnerships. Market Intelligence: Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring viral trends and the evolving digital environment within the Netherlands. Candidate Archetype We seek a professional who harmonizes "sales grit" with a genuine fascination for the mechanics of global advertising. Linguistic Mastery: Native or C2-level Dutch with elite communication skills, complemented by English (B2) for internal corporate integration. Professional Pedigree: A minimum of one year in Sales is mandatory. Experience in digital marketing, account management, or high-level business development is a significant advantage. Regional Presence: Candidates must be currently residing in Berlin . This role is reserved for professionals already established in the local market.
