As a Martech Specialist mobile apps on our Paid Media team, your main focus will be ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ marketing infrastructure. You will troubleshoot Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and ensure seamless connections between MMPs and various advertising networks, so tracking and attribution work reliably. You will also manage client data feeds, ensuring they are correctly structured, accurate, and ready for use across multiple networks. Additionally, you will create clear and insightful data visualizations and dashboards to help our team and clients monitor performance and make data-driven decisions. Collaboration with developers is a key part of the role, supporting technical implementations and resolving any tracking or integration issues to maintain high data quality and operational excellence for high-profile clients such as Rewe, Audible, and Telekom.

Your mission

• Troubleshoot and maintain Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and AppsFlyer, ensuring seamless integration with advertising networks for accurate tracking and attribution.
• Manage and update clients’ product catalogs and feeds, ensuring data is accurate, mapped correctly, and ready for use across multiple networks.
• Connect marketing tools and data sources to create a complete, reliable view of campaign performance.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Clarisights and Adverity to deliver clear insights for internal teams and clients.
• Define technical requirements and collaborate with developers to implement marketing tools and integrations effectively.
• Support the team and clients by ensuring all tracking, feeds, and reports are fully functional and reliable.

Your profile

• Product Feed: Hands-on experience managing client product feeds (e.g., ProductsUp)
• Mobile measurement partners: troubleshooting Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like Adjust or AppsFlyer to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
• Advertising Networks: Proficient with major platforms, including Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Skilled in integrating, pipelining, and visualizing data using tools like Clarisights, Adverity, and Google Spreadsheets; advanced Excel skills, including basic queries and automation.
• Automation & AI Tools: Experience leveraging AI and automation tools such as OpenAI products (ChatGPT, Sora), Google AI Studio, Make.com, n8n, and Google Sheets & Scripts. Analytical &
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to translate data into actionable insights, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve campaign performance.
• Project Management & Communication: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks; communicate effectively with clients, developers, and teams, explaining technical processes and results clearly.
• Proactive & Independent: Structured, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
