• Negotiate contracts with transport providers and logistics vendors.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Supervise and guide logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when needed.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets.
• Analyze costs and identify areas for savings and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions.
• Address supply chain disruptions and operational challenges.
• Develop contingency plans to handle emergencies or delays.
