Technical Cooperation Project Assistant Leased Labor (18-month) (m/f/d)
Your mission
Assist in driving technical cooperation projects and tracking milestones
Coordinate communication between internal teams (R&D) and external partners
Prepare technical documents, partnership materials, and meeting notes
Track issues and risks during collaboration and follow up on resolution
Support research and evaluation of potential partners and technologies
Assist with cooperation processes including contracts and internal approvals
Maintain the cooperation ecosystem, including assisting in organizing workshops
Your areas of expertise
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
Work Experience: Ideally 1+ years in Engineering R&D domain (Renewables)
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. German language skills would be a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment
Basic Technical Understanding (Renewables Energy)
Project Coordination Skills
Information Organization & Analysis
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
