Your Role: A True 360° Consultant

This is not a segmented role. You will be involved in every step of the recruitment lifecycle, allowing you to develop a complete and strategic skill set:

• Sourcing and attracting high-level candidates
• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Conducting interviews and providing career advice
• Supporting companies in defining their hiring needs
• Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
• Negotiating and closing placements

You will act as a trusted advisor, both for clients and candidates.

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of professional experience (ideally in a commercial/sales environment)
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow
• Resilient, driven, and team-oriented
