Your tasks

  • Validation of electronic functions of agricultural machinery (such as mowers, forage harvesters and rakes) in research and development

  • Conducting tests on the HiL system simulator, directly on the machine, and in the test area

  • Creation of test automations on the overall system simulator (HiL)

  • Analysis and continuous monitoring of anomalies in the test procedure

  • Participation in the approval process for machine releases based on thorough test reports.

  • Development and implementation of test concepts in close cooperation with the functional managers.

  • Support of test benches for software validation

Your profile

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in the planning, coordination, setup and implementation of manual and automated software tests

  • Solid knowledge of requirements engineering and common software testing methodologies

  • Experience with Vector HiL simulators and the creation of automated tests with vTestStudio

  • Practical experience in the field of agricultural machinery technology (e.g. combine harvesters, forage harvesters, system tractors) is desirable.

  • An ISTQB Certified Tester certification is advantageous.

  • Programming skills (e.g., CAPL, Matlab/Simulink, C++) are desirable.

  • A driving licence of classes B, T or CE is advantageous.

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; French language skills are a plus due to international team structures.
