Who will you be joining?

You will join the SuccessFactors Product Owners team in Allianz global headquarter. We drive continuous improvements of the global HR system landscape with a focus on user experience and AI, which SuccessFactors being the core HR system for all Allianz entities globally. We collaborate closely with our stakeholders in the local Allianz entities worldwide, the global Product Houses and our Tech and Services partners. We operate in cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and support the rollout and usage of HR tools and systems across Allianz Operating Entities globally. In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. How can you make an impact?

• Leverage and drive AI in various systems, applications and processes.
• Co-drive global transformation and change initiatives.
• Support SuccessFactors Product owners in their responsibilities and projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across the globe.
• Manage projects and prepare relevant working material.

What are you made of?

• Strong academic track record in IT, AI, transformation or management/business.
• Comprehensive experience in creating AI solutions and incorporating them into existing processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, German a plus.
• Project mgt. experience, Scrum or related.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
