As the experts for digital infrastructure solutions, we help our clients establish mutually profitable long-term partnerships with property owners for mobile phone antennas and EV charging stations. We support the full circle process for our partners from initial contact to leasing agreements and continued customer assistance.

Tasks

Are you open-minded and communicative? Are you excited by a role with uncapped commissions? Do you perhaps have a passion for new customer acquisition? Then the position of Business Development Executive – or as we call it at MD7: Site Acquisition Consultant – could be just right for you!

As a Site Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites across Germany on behalf of our clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.

  • Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
  • New Acquisition: Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from the initial contact to contract signing
  • Negotiations: Confidently negotiating and signing lease agreements
  • Data Management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack
  • Site visits: Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessary

Profile

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (at least C1)
  • Basic English language skills
  • Ability to communicate in a solution-oriented manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation skills are an advantage
