Region to cover: Berlin, Brandenburg & Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
Duties and Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition
- Building and developing long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers
- Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and business development
- Leading negotiations with key decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate documentation and data in the CRM system
- Presenting products and representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses
- Project management in close collaboration with application specialist
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector
- A clinical/medical background is an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows
- Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
