Role Overview: As a Sales Specialist , you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses aiming to strengthen their digital presence and performance. From first contact through onboarding and early-stage growth, you’ll guide clients at every step—understanding their objectives, offering tailored solutions, and helping them establish a solid path for long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, supporting their growth Analyze client needs and challenges to provide customized, effective solutions Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone, video, and email Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products and strategies Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to improve outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding and ongoing support Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing developments, and best practices Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level) Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising Mindset: Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally Why Join Us?
