is a fast-growing law firm for tech companies and investors with global reach – established 9 years ago in Switzerland, we have already 30+ legal experts covering Germany, Switzerland, and the US, and we’re just getting started: We are now looking for a hungry & driven junior commercial & corporate lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist*in or Anwält*in) that is eager to learn and shape how law is practiced in the future.

Your Role

• Advise & support: As a junior corporate lawyer, you’ll support the German, Swiss and US corporate teams in structuring and negotiating national and international VC financings, M&A deals , and other corporate actions for high-growth startups, established tech companies, and investors.
• Automate & innovate: We believe true innovation in the legal market comes from the combination of exceptional lawyers with technology. With our product and tech team, you’ll be at the forefront of how corporate housekeeping and transactions will be transformed by legal innovation.
• Collaborate: As a team player, you’ll work closely with the growing German team, the established VC and M&A practices in Switzerland, and the tech team – our teams are highly integrated across offices and borders.

Who You Are

• Qualified commercial lawyer in Germany (Wirtschaftsjurist*in or Anwält*in).
• 1-3 years of professional experience in corporate law.
• Strong interest in tech transactions and the startup & VC ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills (English and German fluency required).
• Ability to simplify, standardize, and automate complex processes.
• Enthusiasm for legal tech and innovative approaches to delivering legal services.
