CQV Manager

Overview

Due to the continued growth and success at PM Group we have an opportunity for an experienced CQV Manager to join our German operations in our Frankfurt office.

This role entails working directly with PM Group’s clients and internal teams on a variety of advanced manufacturing and mission critical projects – project scale will vary.

Project Sectors include: pharmaceutical, food and med tech manufacturing facilities, as well as; mission critical sectors, including important Data Centre projects.

Our German business is growing!. You'd be working from a centrally located modern office in Frankfurt, in a growing and diverse team offering real opportunities for career development. Responsibilities

As CQV Manager you'll provide oversight and direction to Commissioning Project teams as well as the wider German operations.

You'll be a key part of projects from the bid/proposal stage all the way through to commissioning and client aftercare. This will include undertaking commissionability reviews and developing commissioning schedules.

This is a key and highly visible opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of our business and operations

• Commissioning and witnessing the installation of new process equipment.
• Working as a seconded PM Group resource in a client-led team.
• To lead and/or support C&Q projects and activities on site, as directed and as appropriate.
• To prepare C&Q plans in line with the strategic goals of the client and manage timely and compliant delivery of the plan.
• Writing system and component impact assessments, design review I&O qualification documentation, performance reports, and other reports in keeping with the work.
• To develop and execute Commissioning & Qualification lifecycle protocols as per the specific project requirements.
• Leading and supporting SATs.
• Supporting and representing the technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
• To work alongside existing PM Group and client engineers, managers, and directors.
• To co-ordinate and align the activities of the plan aligned with client engineering, quality and production requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven experience of carrying out commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects in the BioPharma/Life Sciences sector, focusing on either process and mechanical commissioning or electrical commissioning
• Project execution / construction experience in Germany
• Expert in GMP compliance and German and European regulatory requirements
• Team leadership experience
• Degree in Process Engineering, Natural Sciences or related discipline
• The role requires delivery of results on time, in accordance with client standards and health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability to fulfill the demands of site execution
• Travel/on-site working flexibility
• Fluent German and English
