The HR Operations Specialist assist the HRD and HR Team in terms of C&B, HR Admin, Controlling, Reporting & Analytics. The position is covering full DENS HUB; Denmark, Germany, Sweden & Switzerland.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist the HRD in designing and overseeing the implementation of compensation and benefits programs (incl. monitoring retail salary structures and Annual Salary Review, Review of benefits administration and processes and help ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the organizations overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
HR Admin, Controlling & Analytics:
Overseeing HR controlling and analytics, monitoring key HR metrics, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

HR Processes& Governance:
Review and improve current HR processes to increase reliability and data integrity in close collaboration with the HR team and maintain ethical standards
