  • This role is based in Krakow Are you a persuasive communicator with a refined aptitude for architecting high-level corporate partnerships? We are identifying an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our award-winning consultancy in Krakow . In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic advisor for premier global technology clients, guiding enterprise organizations through complex digital transformations and cloud transitions while achieving aggressive growth milestones. This hybrid role is engineered for modern professional flexibility, requiring three days per week at our Krakow innovation hub with two days of remote autonomy. Strategic Impact & Objectives In this position, you will prioritize consultative problem-solving over transactional sales. Your mission is to identify cloud-integrated opportunities and engage directly with C-suite decision-makers to modernize their enterprise infrastructure. Executive Relationship Management : Establish and nurture long-term strategic alliances with SMEs and high-level corporate stakeholders. Revenue Orchestration : Leverage deep product expertise to lead negotiations, resolve complex objections, and consistently surpass performance quotas. Pipeline Acceleration : Proactively source high-potential business leads and manage a sophisticated sales funnel for our global technology partners. Market Intelligence : Maintain a vanguard position regarding cloud and digital advertising trends to provide authoritative guidance to your portfolio. Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate in tandem with internal departments and the Operations Sales Manager to ensure individual milestones align with enterprise goals. Candidate Archetype We are seeking a resourceful professional who excels in high-stakes business environments and possesses a disciplined "hunter" mindset. Linguistic Mastery : Professional proficiency in German (B2+ / C1) complemented by a fluent command of English (B2) for corporate integration. Professional Pedigree : A minimum of one year in sales, with a documented history of success in lead generation, closing cycles, or account management. Technical Literacy : A robust understanding of cloud ecosystems and a genuine enthusiasm for the evolution of the technology industry. Core Mindset : A resilient, self-starting attitude with the analytical ability to navigate complex commercial challenges independently.
