STELLENBESCHREIBUNG:

Als AI Software Developer bist Du der Mensch, der das baut, was das Geschäft wirklich braucht: neue Produkt-Features, AI-gestützte Tools, Integrationen und interne Systeme. Wenn etwas existieren sollte und es noch nicht tut, ist das Dein Problem zu lösen. Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Vertrieb und unseren Kunden zusammen, verstehst FILAKS.PLUS, den AI-Layer und die API-Bridge dazwischen und baust Lösungen, die das Geschäft nach vorne bringen.

HAUPTAUFGABEN:

• Design und Entwicklung AI-gestützter Features, Agents und Integrationen auf unserem AI-Produkt-Layer, aufsetzend auf FILAKS.PLUS über die API-Bridge
• Aufbau der nächsten Agents (Service, Vertrieb, Backoffice) vom Konzept bis in die Produktion bei echten Autohaus-Kunden.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Vertriebs-Teams, um Business-Probleme in saubere technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
• End-to-End-Verantwortung: Scoping, Bauen, Ausliefern, Messen, Iterieren.
• Aktive Nutzung moderner AI-Coding-Workflows (Claude Code, Cursor o. Ä.), um mit kleinem Team schnell und qualitativ zu shippen.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As an AI Software Developer you will be the person who builds what the business actually needs: new product features, AI-powered tooling, integrations, internal systems. If it should exist and does not yet, that is your problem to solve.

You will work closely with product, operations and our customers, understand FILAKS.PLUS, the AI layer and the API bridge between them and build solutions that move the business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop AI-powered features, agents and integrations on our AI product layer sitting on top of FILAKS.PLUS via the API bridge.
• Build the next agents (service, sales, back office) from concept to production with real dealership customers.
• Work directly with product and sales teams to translate business problems into clean technical solutions.
• Own the full delivery cycle: scoping, building, shipping, measuring and iterating.
• Use modern AI coding workflows (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) actively to ship fast and aggressively as a small team.

Requirements

• Starke Software-Engineering-Grundlagen. Du schreibst sauberen, produktionsreifen Code und arbeitest Dich in jede Sprache und jeden Stack ein.
• Hands-on-Erfahrung mit AI in Produktion. Du hast echte Features mit LLMs, Agents oder AI-Tooling ausgeliefert - nicht nur prototypisiert.
• Starke Problem-Framing-Skills. Du verstehst den Business-Need, bevor Du die Tastatur berührst.
• Starker Kommunikator. Du kannst technische Entscheidungen für nicht-technische Stakeholder übersetzen und deren Vertrauen gewinnen.
• Self-Starter, der schnell ist und Codebases besser hinterlässt, als er sie vorgefunden hat.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1 in beiden Sprachen), um mit Kunden in DACH und Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der internationalen Valsoft-Gruppe zu arbeiten.

• Strong software development fundamentals. You write clean, production-quality code and can pick up any language or stack.
• Hands-on experience building with AI in production. You have shipped real features using LLMs, agents or AI tooling not just prototyped them.
• Strong problem-framing skills. You understand the business need before you touch the keyboard.
• Strong communicator. You can translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders and earn their trust.
• Self-starter who moves fast and leaves codebases better than you found them.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 or better in both), to work with customers in DACH and colleagues across the global Valsoft group.
