At Grob Aircraft SE, we design, build, and support some of the world's most advanced training and special-mission aircraft. From our headquarters in Bavaria, our aircraft serve civil flight schools, air forces, and government operators across the globe. To support our growing international customer base, we are looking for a passionate Field Service Representative (m/f/d) who thrives where engineering meets aviation operations, directly on the flight line, with our customers, anywhere in the world. If you love aircraft, enjoy solving complex technical challenges hands-on, and want your work to truly matter to pilots and operators worldwide, this is your runway. Your Mission Provide on-site technical support to customer personnel (mechanics, technicians, engineers) during assembly, commissioning, and operation of our aircraft Accompany assembly activities, perform and support engine ground runs and system tests Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, both mechanical and electrical/avionics-related Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on-site Conduct technical briefings and training sessions for customer staff (pre- and post-flight checks, operation, maintenance) Support customers in their daily flight operations Identify requirements for spare parts, consumables, ground support equipment (GSE), training, and personnel Provide instruction and supervision in the use of ground and test equipment Coordinate and support warranty and guarantee cases, considering contractual and customs-related requirements Support aircraft ferry flights and provide post-delivery on-site assistance Your Profile Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic (Fluggerätmechaniker), Avionics Technician (Fluggeräteelektroniker) or comparable qualification Ideally several years of professional experience in the aviation industry, MRO/maintenance, or field service environment Excellent English skills (written and spoken), mandatory High willingness to travel internationally and to undertake long-term assignments abroad Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Strong customer orientation with a confident, professional appearance Experience working with composite materials (CFRP/GFRP) is a plus A military aviation background is a strong advantage Your Benefits at Grob Aircraft ✈️ Flying at Grob: Fly the Grob G115 in your free time (for PPL holders) and access our Grob TP flight simulator 🛡️ Insurance & Pension: Company pension scheme, Grob accident insurance, and subsidy for occupational disability insurance 💪 Health & Well-Being: EGYM Wellpass, subsidized lunch (approx. 50%) ⚖️ Work-Life Balance: Bridge days with flextime, DEKA working time account, and kindergarten subsidy 🎁 Extras: VIP tickets for FC Bayern home games (Allianz Arena), employee referral premium, anniversary gifts, and corporate benefits discount platform #LI-HK1
