If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the German market nuances, this is your opportunity to represent a global leader in Digital Ads while living the Barcelona lifestyle. Your Mission in Barcelona: Portfolio Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor for high-potential German companies, onboarding them with results-driven PPC strategies. Consultative Growth: Identify objectives, drive product adoption, and implement upselling strategies to increase account ROI. Relationship Management: Conduct outbound consultative calls to detect client goals and deliver high-impact digital solutions. AI & Innovation: Regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow to interpret data and personalize client outreach. Market Insights: Use your expertise in the German ecosystem to navigate regional trends and competitor landscapes. What You Bring: Language Mastery: C2 level proficiency in German and English (essential). Experience: 1+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. Cultural Intelligence: A deep understanding of German business etiquette and regional market dynamics. Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
