Your tasks
Professional management of appointment calendars and correspondence, taking priorities into account.
Organization and preparation of meetings, events and web live streams, and handling of the associated administrative tasks.
Active moderation within the team and ensuring the flow of information, as well as serving as a central point of contact for IT and building management.
Handling relevant administrative and logistical tasks, such as travel management, HR requirements, and supporting the team's sustainability initiatives.
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in secretarial or assistant roles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP; experience with Google Workspace is an advantage, knowledge of Appskript is desirable.
Fluent German and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
A high degree of teamwork, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
Structured and independent work style.
