The Siemens' Finance Excellence Program (FEP) is your springboard to a finance leadership career!\n\nWe're looking for driven and high-reaching finance professionals who are eager to thrive in a dynamic international environment.\n\nDoes that sound like you? Step into your future.\n\nYou'll make an impact with us by\n\nCompleting three tailored assignments over 24 months across Siemens' finance functions - spanning Operating Companies, Corporate Units, and Siemens Financial Services.\n\nGoing abroad for at least one assignment to broaden your global perspective while being based at our headquarters in Germany.\n\nTaking ownership of complex projects from day one, working in international teams.\n\nGaining exposure to innovative topics and business models, including Software as a Service (SaaS).\n\nYou'll win us over by\n\nMBA, Ph.D., Master's in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent qualification, with strong academic track record.\n\n5-10 years of relevant finance experience in industrial companies, including minimum 12 months international work experience.\n\nShown analytical strength and hands-on experience in areas such as business planning, performance monitoring, financial modeling, data analytics, new business model development, business intelligence, and post-merger reviews, with a focus on digital transformation.\n\nExperience leading teams and driving complex, high-impact projects, e.g.

in transformational contexts.\n\nBusiness proficiency in English with strong communication skills.\n\nFlexibility and mobility within the program duration and beyond.\n\nYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
