We are a Berlin-based B2C Fintech founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting. We recently raised investment to assemble a 30-person, exceptionally strong core team. Buying property (and financing it) is probably the biggest financial decision in someone’s life. It’s complicated, opaque and anxiety-laden.

About the Role: At Navera, we don’t just want to be found; we want to be the definitive answer. We are looking for a visionary Content Strategist who understands that the era of "static SEO" is evolving into the era of LLMs and Generative Search. You will be responsible for building Navera’s digital authority by blending deep strategic thinking with cutting-edge AI workflows. Your goal: High-intent visibility and maximum conversion.
Your profile
Strategic Experience: 5+ years in content marketing or SEO in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in a high-trust environment (Fintech, Legal, or Health). You understand YMYL (Your Money Your Life) content requirements.
AI Native: You have experience in Prompt Engineering. You know how to use LLMs for research, clustering, and drafting, and you’re familiar with automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, or custom API integrations).
Conversion Copywriting Skills: You have a sharp eye for language. You know what a compelling, actionable content needs to consist of, especially in the area of complex financial topics (interest rates, annuities, collateral).
Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC) but also keep a pulse on the evolving landscape of AI search behavior.
Language: While our team is international, you must have an impeccable command of the German language (native or near-native), as the German mortgage market is highly specific and regulated.
Key Responsibilities:
Next-Gen Search Strategy: Develop and execute a content roadmap that dominates traditional search engines (SEO) and stays ahead of the curve in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
AI-Powered Content Excellence: Design and manage AI-driven workflows to scale content production without sacrificing quality. You act as the "Human-in-the-loop," ensuring E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and brand alignment.
Conversion-Centric Architecture: Every piece of content serves a purpose. You will structure guides, landing pages, and calculator micro-copy to guide users seamlessly toward a mortgage application.
Data-Driven Authority: Identify "Information Gain" opportunities. You leverage internal data and market insights to create original content that AI cannot replicate, establishing Navera as a thought leader in mortgage finance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor our visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and other LLM Tools. You analyze which content drives the most qualified traffic and optimize accordingly.
To give you a clear picture of what success looks like when you start at Navera:
Month 1: Audit the current MVP content and implement an AI-stack that allows us to scale production while maintaining "Human-Level" quality.
Month 2: Map out and publish the first 15 "High-Authority" pillar pages targeting key mortgage-related search clusters.
Month 3: Demonstrate a measurable increase in organic visibility and an optimized conversion path from educational content to the mortgage calculator.
