You will take ownership of Division Measurement & Analytics’ Material Master Data domain, enabling consistent, automated, and well-structured processing of our offerings across the organization.
In this role, you will define and govern the global master data framework for your domain, establish quality metrics to ensure best-in-class data readiness, and oversee the implementation and adoption of material master data standards. You will ensure that all relevant policies and rules are applied consistently.
Working in a truly global environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams across all continents. At the heart of your role is leading the Product and Material domain—ensuring the creation, update, maintenance, and retirement of master data is handled with precision, consistency, and trust. You will contribute to optimizing business processes through data-driven insights while supporting and improving master data management practices.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead the Product and Material domain, ensuring master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality across all relevant systems within your scope.
Contribute to the Data Quality roadmap by promoting a “right first time” mindset and reducing non-conformance.
Document, review, and continuously improve procedures related to data policies and system maintenance.
Develop and maintain relevant tools, metrics, and performance indicators.
Understand the broader impact of master data governance and provide guidance to business functions on best practices.
Support, guide, and train Master Data professionals, while identifying opportunities to improve data creation, maintenance, and archiving processes.
To be successful, you bring:
Strong knowledge of data architecture within manufacturing environments
Solid understanding of data governance principles
A detail-oriented and resilient mindset, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional, international teams
Experience in IT Service Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and requirements engineering to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
