KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions Support team and carry out sales transactions Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management THE PERSON Available to 4 times a week including weekends Retail experience necessary Great communication skills/German and English required Positive, enthusiastic approach to the Fred Perry Brand Commitment to Diversity and Equal Opportunity We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace.
