Le service « Clients Utilisateurs » recherche : un(e) Assistant(e) chargé SCU technique F/Hen Alternance, pour une durée 1 ou 2 ans.
Descriptif de poste :
En tant qu’Assistant(e) chargé SCU technique F/H, vous interviendrez sur le traitement de dossiers autour de questions techniques produits et pannes venant des clients utilisateurs résidentiels.
