What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) you will be part of one of our Scrum teams, working side by side with our Developers. You will be responsible for implementing features and functions according to the backlog:

• Developing new SAPUI5 applications, OData v4 APIs and refactoring or enhancement of existing products based on ABAP, JavaScript, Core Data Services (CDS) modelling and other technologies
• Working in a highly self-motivated and reliable manner and applying agile software development principles
• Analysis and correction or improvement of any software issues including communication to internal or external customers throughout the support cycle
• Building deep functional and business knowledge in selected areas of the product

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Computer science, business informatics, data science with passion for software development
• Logical, analytical, outcome-oriented thinking and self-discipline, excellent problem-solving skills, focus on quality
• Adequate communication skills, fluent in English (B2 level or similar)
• Beginner knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, JavaScript)
• Passionate about gaining deep knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language
• Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is required once a week or regularly
