As an L2 Desktop Support Engineer youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Youll be responsible for :

  • Providing topnotch customer service : isting endusers with technical issues and resolving their problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing hardware and software : Installing configuring and troubleing desktop systems operating systems and applications.
  • Ensuring network connectivity : Supporting networkrelated issues and maintaining optimal network performance.
  • Adhering to security standards : Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect our systems and data.
  • Supporting events and projects : Providing IT support for onsite events and contributing to IT projects.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 23 years of experience in service delivery and enduser support.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS MS Office VPN printing and mobile devices.
  • CompTIA A certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service communication and problemsolving ss.
  • Fluency in German and English.
