As an L2 Desktop Support Engineer youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Youll be responsible for :

- Managing hardware and software : Installing configuring and troubleing desktop systems operating systems and applications.
- Ensuring network connectivity : Supporting networkrelated issues and maintaining optimal network performance.
- Adhering to security standards : Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Supporting events and projects : Providing IT support for onsite events and contributing to IT projects.
Requirements
Qualifications :
23 years of experience in service delivery and enduser support.Proficiency in Windows OS MS Office VPN printing and mobile devices.CompTIA A certification or equivalent.Excellent customer service communication and problemsolving ss.Fluency in German and English.Location : Einsteinring 28 Aschheim 85609 Upper Bavaria Germany
