Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance and repair work on tiles, carpets, vinyl floors and decorative surfaces onboard.
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality and timely service.
  • Prepare and verify materials required for maintenance together with the technical storekeeper.
  • Follow daily work planning and instructions from the Hotel Maintenance Officer.
  • Maintain with company procedures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean and proper condition.
  • Work in guest area without disrupting operations.
  • Support other maintenance activities when required.
  • Actively contribute to a safe working environment and follow HESS policies.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Completedsecondary/ comprehensive school.
  • Technicaltraining in tiling, flooring, or similar field is an advantage.

Professional& Experience:

  • Minimum2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experiencein maintenance and repair of flooring and related materials.

ProfessionalSkills:

  • Knowledgeof repair techniques for flooring (tiles, carpets, vinyl, etc.)
  • Understandingof materials and tools used in flooring works.
  • Abilityto work independently and follow technical instructions.
  • Basiccomputer skills are an advantage.

Competencies:

  • Result-orientedand accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Safety-drivenwith strong awareness of HESS standards.
  • Service-orientedwith attention to quality.
  • Teamplayer with good communication skills.
  • Adaptable,proactive, and open to change.
  • Actswith integrity and follows company ethics and standards.

LanguageRequirements:

  • Fluencyin written and spoken English is essential for effectively interacting withonboard and shore-based colleagues.
