BUILD YOUR CRYPTO EMPIRE WITH ASSETARA Assetara Limited is an international fintech developer of advanced AI tools for cryptocurrency market analysis and automated trading. We don't just hire employees; we empower Partners to lead our expansion into new regions across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We provide the infrastructure, funding, and technology. You provide the leadership and build the network. THE OPPORTUNITY: FOUNDER MENTALITY This is a key leadership position for individuals who want to grow alongside a high-growth fintech project. You will be the primary person responsible for launching the regional office, managing its operations, and, most importantly, building a high-performing referral network. Key Benefits We Provide: 100% Office Funding: Assetara covers all expenses: rent, premium office setup, furniture, equipment, and utilities. Professional Growth: Full support in marketing materials, photo/video content, and strategic training. No Capital Risk: You invest your time and talent; we invest the capital. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: UNLIMITED SCALING We believe in rewarding results. Our model combines a safety net with an aggressive multi-level reward system. 1. Guaranteed Base: Pre-launch: $100/month + performance bonuses. After Office Launch: $300/month (Fixed). 2. Direct Sales Commission: 8% of the total value of every closed client contract (paid immediately). 3. Multi-Level Partner Program (Passive Income Engine): Build and manage your own network of partners and earn from the entire turnover: Level 1 (Direct): 8% (First activation) / 4% (Repeat) Level 2: 5% (First activation) / 2.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $100 turnover Level 3: 3% (First activation) / 1.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $1,000 turnover Level 4: 2% (First activation) / 1% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $2,500 turnover Level 5: 1.5% (First activation) / 0.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $5,000 turnover Further rewards up to Level 9 as your network scales. Realistic Income Potential: $1,500 – $10,000+ per month based on network growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Office Launch: Lead the setup and independent management of the regional representative office. Network Building: Actively recruit, develop, and manage a team of partners and clients. Consultation: Conduct in-person and online meetings (Zoom) to present Assetara’s AI tools. Brand Representation: Create local content for social media and act as the face of the company in your region. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Entrepreneurs and leaders with experience in MLM, Affiliate Marketing, or High-Ticket Sales . Individuals with a deep interest in Crypto, AI, and Fintech . Proactive "Hustlers" who are not looking for a "9-to-5" job, but a high-reward business opportunity. Native or professional level of the local language + basic English for communication with HQ.
