You will :

  • Platform Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and own the platform product roadmap for the app’s technical features, working with stakeholders to align on business goals and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Being part of the platform organization, you will need to collaborate not just with your working team but all the other product teams to ensure a seamless development and launch of new features and enhancements.
  • Feature Development : Translate product vision and user feedback into detailed technical requirements, ensuring that developers have clear, actionable tasks.
  • User-Centric Approach : Use data, A / B testing, and customer feedback to inform product decisions, continuously enhancing the user experience and app performance.
  • Technology Integration : Lead the integration of new technologies to drive the app’s innovation.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics platforms to monitor key product metrics and performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Competitive Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to keep the product competitive and innovative.

You have :

  • Technical Expertise : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Solid understanding of building platform products. Experience in content platforms or CRM will be a plus.
  • Product Management Experience : 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in an EdTech, language learning, or mobile app environment.
  • Product Management Skills : Proven experience managing product development cycles, including writing technical requirements and overseeing development sprints.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Analytical Thinking : Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed product decisions. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively about complex technical challenges and find user-centered solutions.
  • Passion for Learning : Enthusiasm for languages and education technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the digital language learning space.
