As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client's growth strategy. This person will have the opportunity to help build out the Business Development Department in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on current partnerships / building new partnerships and understanding what the organizations are looking to achieve to help grow the accounts.
- Evaluate and improve business models including sales strategy and pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the hospitality industry.
- Interface Product / Engineering team to align product launch and sales & operations.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers, expansion of existing accounts, and the development of innovative sales strategies.
Required Experience
Fluency in GermanRobotics / hardware tech sales backgroundStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsAbility to develop new business relationships and drive strategies to grow those relationships.Proven track record of 8-10 years of successful experience in business developmentB2B Sales experience.Offer :
