The Opportunity:
As a Theater Ranges and Training Area Capability Coordinator, you have the chance to advance USEUCOM training and exercises impacting warfighting readiness. You will coordinate cross-functionally across the headquarters and components to identify required capabilities, assess current capabilities, track planned upgrades, grow training resources across EUCOM, and communicate capability gaps to EUCOM leadership. On our team, you will work with stakeholders in the Operational Training Infrastructure community. Grow your skills and experience managing the execution of technical projects and programs. Your customer will trust you to review the state of Ranges and Training Areas within the AOR, derive requirements through working groups you lead, review policy, standards, and governance, and facilitate USEUCOM’s integration within the LVC environment.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) simulation training environments and standards

• Experience with program management

• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences

• Ability to be adaptive with an introspective mindset and be willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow

• Ability to develop a long-term strategic plan initiatives that align with organizational goals

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk, while coordinating cross-functional teams

• TS/SCI clearance

• Associate’s degree and 8+ years of experience planning military exercises or Live-Virtual training events OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience planning military exercises or Live-Virtual training events

Nice to Have:

• Experience with program management experience in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains preferred

• Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods

• Experience working in a Joint environment

• Experience with C-UAS, UASs, or Electromagnetic Warfare

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
