Key Responsibilities:
Deploy operate and optimize Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to ensure that security measures align with Fortinets recommended practices and perform optimally.
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and security concerns while evaluating potential risks to their data software and hardware infrastructure.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of customers business operations and technological needs to provide tailored solutions.
Own service requests ensuring their prompt and efficient execution within designated SLAs.
Monitor performance capacity and security threats for managed devices.
Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.
Implement and execute defensive strategies to address cybersecurity breaches and events safeguarding critical information assets data repositories and system infrastructure.
Produce regular reports to summarize service activity and performance.
Develop core competency on Fortinets product line and technologies with a primary focus on FortiGate FortiManager and LAN Edge devices.
