The Job:

AstheWorking Student Product Compliance (M/F/D)youllbe part of ourCompliance Team Youllget to:

• Assist with the preparation and organization of documentation for product approvals with external agencies (e.g. DEKRA TUV UL CSA)
• Support internal product safety tests and certification processes as well as collaborate with various departments on compliance-related topics
• Help coordinate small compliance projects and participate in team meetings
• Contribute to the development and updating of training and information materials on standards and regulations
• Assist in maintaining and updating the compliance database and internal records
• Support the team in preparing reports presentations and compliance documentation
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Participate in the review and improvement of internal compliance procedures

About You:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the field of electronics is an advantage
• Strong interest in regulatory requirements and compliance topics in combination with high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Comfortable working with documents including reading understanding and organizing technical and regulatory materials are desirable - Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation
• Strong verbal written and electronic communication skills in English (B2) and German (B2)
• Strong organizational skills willingness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team
