You work reliably think ahead and have a strong eye for detail In this fixed-term part-time role you will support our finance-related processes around travel and expense reports and help ensure accuracy compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTYou review travel and expense reports for accuracy completeness and compliance with internal policies.
You ensure adherence to company guidelines as well as applicable tax regulations.
You identify errors inconsistencies or potential misuse and follow up on them in a structured and solution-oriented way.
You communicate closely with employees to clarify missing unclear or incorrect information.
You actively support process improvements and help strengthen internal controls.
You are reliable detail-oriented and proactive in your daily work.
You have a strong interest in accounting finance and commercial topics and are eager to grow in this area.
You bring initial relevant work experience for example in a commercial finance or similar role.
You enjoy communicating with others and have a friendly service-oriented mindset.
You stand out through a high level of service awareness and a structured careful way of working.
