Performance Media Manager (mfx)

To strengthen our team we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ at the earliest possible date:

Performance Media Manager (m/w/x)

Your tasks

• Co-Develop and execute retail media strategies across priority EU markets (e.g. UK Germany Netherlands Nordics France)
• Plan and manage campaigns across retailer platforms (e.g. sponsored search display onsite activations)
• Align retail media activity with broader brand trade marketing and commercial priorities
• Build full-funnel retail media plans to drive awareness conversion and basket size
• Partner with local sales and key account teams to support retailer priorities promotions and new product launches
• Define and track KPIs such as ROAS incremental sales share of search conversion rate and digital shelf performance
• Coordinate with global and regional teams to share learnings and best practices

What we expect

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required
• At least 4 years of experience in retail media eCommerce or performance marketing ideally within CPG beverage or wellness sectors
• Experienced with retail media networks (e.g. Amazon Ads supermarket RMNs CitrusAd Criteo Retail Media)
• A problem-solving driven and hands-on person with clear and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with GDPR and European data/privacy regulations
• Experience working across global interdepartmental teams and cultures
• Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth through retail media campaigns across multiple European markets
• Professional or personal experience with mission-led sustainable or organic brands would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement attribution and budget management
• Deep understanding of digital shelf optimization retailer algorithms and shopper behavior
• Good business understanding and financial skills (P&L costs centers etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite MS Project and MS Teams and how they integrate
• Excellence in German and fluency in business English spoken and written
• Resume in English
