What We Are Looking for:

Languages
  • C1/C2-level German proficiency.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Professional Experience
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing (good to have).
Requirements
  • EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card.
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch effectively on calls and craft compelling proposals.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for client interaction.
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve campaign performance.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • A drive to exceed targets in productivity readiness and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

  • Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Hybrid Work: Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Barcelona.
  • Attractive Compensation:
    • Base salary: 23876 - 30000 gross/year (based on experience).
    • Performance bonus: Up to 3408 gross/year.
  • Relocation Support:
    • Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation.
    • Assistance with private health insurance and relocation logistics.
  • Training: 2-4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
