Introduction
Leads and oversees endtoend execution of strategic custom silicon customer programs including MCUs MPUs and radarclass SoCs for customers (Automotive Industrial Aerospace & Defense etc..). Manages a global team of Customer Program Managers and serves as the senior execution interface between customers and GlobalFoundries/MIPS crossfunctional teams.
Your Job
Own full lifecycle execution of customerspecific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP volume ramp and sustaining.
Lead and scale a global Customer Program Management organization supporting multiple customers and products.
Serve as the primary executive contact for automotive Tier1 customers on program delivery execution status and escalations.
Drive alignment across MIPS IP design enablement engineering manufacturing quality supply chain and commercial teams.
Establish and run program governance milestones KPIs and risk management for complex multiyear custom products.
Ensure programs meet customer commitments quality and safety expectations and financial objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field. PhD will be beneficial.
15 years experience in semiconductor deliveries (design house or vendor management)
Proven success managing automotiveclass customer programs through full silicon lifecycles.
Demonstrated leadership of global matrixed teams.
