Here is how you can shape our journey asLead Platform Engineer (m/f/x):Your responsibilities:
Own the reliability security compliance and cost efficiency of our cloud platform
Automate the provisioning scaling and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure using Terraform Kubernetes and more
Drive architectural discussions and align platform standards across engineering product and security teams negotiating constraints where needed
Approach platform engineering with a product mindset where internal teams are your customers
Identify gaps and inefficiencies before they become incidents and own the solution end to end
Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows where it creates real value
What you bring:
Must have:
Professional experience with AWS Kubernetes and Terraform
Proven experience influencing technical decisions beyond your immediate team
Communicate technical and architectural tradeoffs clearly to both engineers and non-technical audiences
Experience coding with Go or Python as well as with scripting languages like Bash
Experience with monitoring logging and alerting
Knowledge in platform security best practices
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
Nice to have:
Familiarity with GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation pipelines (Terragrunt Atlantis SST)
