YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• As part of the Global Quality Management team you take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction across our international markets
• You conduct on-site audits at our largest SIXT branches worldwide ensuring premium brand standards outstanding customer service and consistent process adherence
• You lead global projects with a focus on Customer Experience collaborating closely with country organizations and/or franchise partners
• You drive the continuous development of our quality tools and define new processes and SOPs to elevate our service standards
• You proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality in our branches and turn them into concrete measurable improvements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• EducationYou hold a degree with a focus on business economics or a related field giving you the academic foundation to think strategically about quality and customer experience
• ExperienceYou already have professional experience in quality management customer experience or branch operations gained in the service or mobility industry
• Hands-on Mentality You enjoy working directly with branch managers and teams on the ground turning improvement ideas into tangible operational results
• Analytical Mindset You work independently prioritize effectively and bring a structured process-oriented approach to everything you do
• Communication & TeamworkYou are a confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and knows how to consistently motivate yourself and stakeholders across different cultures and hierarchies
• Tools & Languages You are proficient in MS Office and communicate fluently in English German is a plus
