  • verantwortest die Bearbeitung individueller Geschäftsvorgänge im Einkauf
  • arbeitest entlang der Prozesse Source-to-Contract und Procure-to-Pay
  • erstellst, pflegst und verwaltest Dokumente und Stammdaten in SAP
  • führst analytische Auswertungen und Reports durch und lieferst fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • bist zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anfragen im Einkaufsumfeld
  • planst und koordinierst Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen
  • bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse ein
  • arbeitest dich eigenständig in fachliche Themenstellungen ein und setzt diese praxisnah um

  • verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • verfügst über Erfahrung im Einkauf, Procurement oder in kaufmännischen Prozessen
  • gehst sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) um
  • hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP (S/4HANA von Vorteil)
  • arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
  • bist analytisch stark und hast Freude an Daten und Auswertungen
  • überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • bringst Teamgeist und Flexibilität mit
