A Snapshot of Your Day As a Global Fleet Management Leader (f/m/d), you take full end-to-end ownership of global fleet management across the entire fleet lifecycle. You drive and oversee strategic, tactical, and operational fleet topics with clear execution accountability, while steering and prioritizing global initiatives such as cost optimization, EV transition, decarbonization, and governance programs. In close collaboration with regional and cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, Sustainability, Procurement, and business areas, you ensure the consistent implementation of the global fleet strategy. Acting as the central interface between the Fleet Committee and the executive Fleet Management Team, you prepare decision-ready materials, support executive decision-making, and ensure the effective execution of decisions within daily fleet operations. In addition, you manage escalations and provide transparent reporting to top management on costs, KPIs, CO₂ performance, and compliance.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Establishment of a central end-to-end fleet ownership function in the absence of a previously existing global role

- Harmonization of governance, execution, and operational implementation across all fleet-related topics
- Ensuring of a consistent global fleet strategy combined with effective regional execution
- Acceleration of the implementation of central decisions through clear accountability structures
- Achievement of measurable improvements in total cost of ownership (TCO), CO₂ performance, compliance, and transparency
