Are you looking to move your career forward by working with the latest technology and business strategy We are hiring experts for our Barcelona office to lead an important project in Digital Advertisingthe main tool helping companies grow all over the world.

This role is for people who are good at planning and understand how business works in Germany Austria and Switzerland (the DACH region). You will be the main person helping fast-growing tech companies and unicorn startups succeed with our digital tools.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

In this role you will be a senior advisor and a technical specialist. Your job is to turn complicated ad technology into real lasting success for your clients.

  • Handling Accounts: You will manage the entire process of bringing on new clients. Youll build smart Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad plans that are made specifically for different types of businesses.
  • Giving Advice: You will study what each client needs. Then you will provide custom digital solutions to help them hit their big performance goals.
  • Managing Ads: You will start and run powerful ad campaigns meant to help brands enter new markets quickly and grow for a long time.
  • Growing Profit: You will find ways to expand your clients accounts by using data to prove their spending is making a profit.
  • Building Loyalty: You will work closely with clients so they see you as a partner they cant live without for their digital growth.
  • Keeping Records: You will keep very careful notes in our computer system. Every detail about a clients account must be recorded perfectly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want people who do well in important jobs where being accurate and helping the client are the most important things.

  • Education: You need a Bachelors degree. Having a Masters in Marketing Business or Communications is a big plus.
  • Languages: You must be able to speak and write German and English perfectly. This is required for difficult business talks and working with people in other countries.
  • Tech Skills: You should be forward-thinking and know how to use AI tools to work faster and better for your clients.
  • Speaking Skills: You are great at giving presentations. You can take hard tech info and explain it simply to company bosses.
  • German Market Expert: You have a deep understanding of the German business world including professional manners and strict privacy laws (GDPR).
