Your Tasks & Responsibilities Project Financing: Preparation and processing of all necessary documents for the financing of our wind energy projects. Capital Management: Decision-ready preparation of all investment and financing issues within the group. Banking Relations: Handling bank master data, including account openings, contracts, and signature cards. Innovation: Evaluation of the financial feasibility of new business models. Corporate Structures: Participation in the management of cooperative ( Genossenschaft ) structures. Capital Measures: Support with distributions, capital measures, and finance topics related to cooperative law. Reporting: Preparation of finance-relevant resolutions and documents for internal and external committees. Operations: Liquidity planning, project financing, and ongoing support for group companies. Requirements Education: Degree as a Banking Specialist ( Bankfachwirt / Bankbetriebswirt ) or a commercial degree with a focus on finance (or a comparable course of study). Experience: Professional experience in corporate finance; alternatively, a high degree of willingness to learn and specialize in this field. Skills: Practical certainty in handling capital market theory and a genuine passion for working with numbers. Analytical Mindset: Excellent comprehension skills to quickly grasp complex issues, analyze them precisely, and prepare them for specific target audiences.
