Wir suchen einen Logistic Specialist (m / w / d)zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Neustadt Coburg.

Sie reporten direkt an den Neustadt Logistics Manager. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind :

Frachtgutschriften in SAP erstellen; eingehende Frachtrechnungen prüfen und anerkennen (ServiceNow)

Frachtangebote einholen und vergleichen

Beschaffung und Archivierung von Ausfuhrbescheinigungen für Steuerzwecke

Erstellen von Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen gemäß Kundenanforderung

Controlling und Abrechnung des Logistik-Dienstleisters

Bearbeitung von Zollthemen (Einfuhr / Ausfuhr)

Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien

Retourenabwicklung

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in diesem Bereich

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Einfuhr / Ausfuhr

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke Eigeninitiative sowie einen pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil

Your Contribution to Prysmians Success

We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to strengthen our team in Neustadt Coburg.

You will report directly to the Neustadt Logistics Manager. Your main responsibilities include :

Create freight credits in SAP; review and approve incoming freight invoices (ServiceNow)

Obtain and compare freight quotes

Procurement and archiving of export certificates for tax purposes

Create long-term supplier declarations according to customer requirements

Controlling and billing of the logistics service provider

Handling customs matters (import / export)

Order consumables

Manage returns

Your Profile

You have commercial training or many years of experience in this field

Very good English skills both spoken and written

Basic knowledge in import / export

You impress with strong communication skills initiative and a pragmatic solution-oriented working style

You enjoy working in a team
