Your Responsibilities

Do you want to do more than just operate systems—do you want to actively shape IT and help people grow? In the role of Team Leader SAP Solutions (f/m/d), you’ll take responsibility for a central IT team and work with us to drive the further development of our digital landscape.

• Leadership & Development:
  You will provide technical and managerial leadership to your team, foster the individual development of your employees, and create an environment where collaboration, innovation, and personal responsibility are put into practice.
• Ensuring the Stability and Quality of Our IT Services:
  You will be responsible for the stable operation of our SAP landscape (SAP S/4HANA in the SAP Private Cloud with the modules FI, CO, PM, CS, SD, MM, with in-house ABAP and Fiori development, BW / BDC, BTP), manage interfaces between systems and departments, and ensure high quality standards as well as the future-proof development of the platform.
• Leading IT Projects to Success:
  You will take on responsibility for strategic IT projects, coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Implementing Strategy Operationally:
  You will shape the implementation of the corporate and IT strategy (“SAP first”) within your area of responsibility, continuously refine processes, and establish sustainable structures for knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Driving technological advancement:
  Using your technical expertise, you will continuously develop our SAP architecture, methods, and tools, consistently aligning them with our business requirements.
• Analyzing and optimizing processes:
  You will analyze end-to-end business processes, digitize them, and automate them in a targeted manner to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency, and professionalism.
• Promoting innovation and collaboration:
  You maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders, monitor technological trends, and contribute new ideas for the further development of our IT to relevant committees and working groups.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience leading IT teams or managing IT projects, as well as overseeing external service providers
• You have in-depth knowledge of the structure, functionality, and architecture of complex SAP systems and are proficient in methodical project management in both theory and practice (e.g., IPMA/GPM, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL—preferred).
• English proficiency at least at the C1 level

Your salary range: €100,000 – €120,000 depending on qualifications
