We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the continued evolution of our product suite. Youll be part of a group building innovative AI-powered products that aim to transform recruiting as an industry and as a function.
This role offers the opportunity to work on products used at scale by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide. It requires solid product management fundamentals strong collaboration skills and a user-first mindset. While deep specialization in AI is not required curiosity and exposure to modern AI capabilities - including generative AI and intelligent automation - will help you succeed as these technologies increasingly shape our roadmap.
As a B2B SaaS company product ownership also includes thinking holistically about enablement customer communication and go-to-market readiness. Youll work closely with product marketing engineering design and commercial teams to help visualize how recruiting workflows are evolving and how our products can lead that change.
