ARC Intelligence is building the AI native Finance OS for modern mid market corporations.

We help finance teams manage planning forecasting reporting consolidation and performance management across complex corporate structures through a single intelligent platform. By combining financial data operational workflows and AI we enable organizations to automate processes increase transparency and make faster better decisions.

Tasks

• Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Do cold-outbound prospecting efforts across phone email LinkedIn events and other channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
• Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management.
• Prepare customer meetings presentations and follow-up materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support partnership and ecosystem development initiatives.
• Represent ARC at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with founders on strategic GTM projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within B2B SaaS enterprise software AI fintech ERP or related technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Excitement for AI finance and startup environments.
